• SilkenAura does not collect, store, or process payment card details
• Card numbers, CVV codes, and payment credentials are handled exclusively by Stripe
• Stripe processes data under its own privacy and security policies

We automatically collect limited technical and usage information necessary to operate and secure our Services, including:

We do not collect precise location data or GPS-based location information.

For legal, tax, accounting, and audit purposes, SilkenAura retains non-personal transactional records only, including:

• Product(s) ordered
• Payment status
• Delivery status

These records cannot be linked back to an individual user once personal data is deleted.
